Welcome to our Wilderness camp

Aurora Borealis Adventure Camp is a facility located nearby the National river "Vindelälven" with it’s untouched waters, not far from the two rapids called "Trollforsen" and "Bäckforsen". Our concept is to live in a wilderness and earthbound fashion. Our guests are lodged in wooden huts, equipped with wood fuelled stoves and reindeer pelts.

The camp consists of 3 huts accomodating 6 people . There are also 3 tent-huts who each accomodates 4 people. The premises also include a larger gathering hut (with an open fire place), in which you may have your dinner if you desire. There is also a wood fuelled Sauna in which our guests can relax. After the Sauna you have the snow or the river to cool you off.

We will arrange activities such as dog sledding, ice-climbing, adventure duel, rafting, mountain climbing, fishing, searching for gold, introdiving, riverboogie, clay pigeon shooting, etc.

The camp is located 40 kilometres south east of Lycksele, 100 kilometres north west of Umeå, and around two and a half hour north of Stockholm.
